TOP BENEFITS FOR THE CITY & COUNTY
-
Optimize your budget & save money
As an integrated design-build team, we understand the entire project delivery chain and can prioritize and execute components of your project to maximize savings and minimize risk.
Our established JV will collaborate from start to finish to refine design solutions, source equipment/materials, identify opportunities for local trades and develop thoughtful plans for construction — reducing your cost and risk.
-
Confidently meet your funding commitments
Having confidence in early cost estimates will help you make better decisions. Our most recent WIFIA-funded design-build project was budgeted at 5% design. The owner locked-in a price at 30% design ($14 million below budget), which allowed for early borrowing estimated to save ratepayers $93 million in interest. That same cost estimating team is eager to collaborate with you through a series of workshops and value engineering exercises to define, identify and implement “best value” solutions.

Building on Local Relationships
Our team has more than 400 personnel in the Chattanooga area, many of whom have worked with the City and Hamilton County Water & Wastewater Treatment Authority (WWTA) for decades. We are eager to once again collaborate with your staff to develop solutions that improve operator safety and maintenance, as well as minimize energy consumption and equipment life cycle costs.
