Having confidence in early cost estimates will help you make better decisions. Our most recent WIFIA-funded design-build project was budgeted at 5% design. The owner locked-in a price at 30% design ($14 million below budget), which allowed for early borrowing estimated to save ratepayers $93 million in interest. That same cost estimating team is eager to collaborate with you through a series of workshops and value engineering exercises to define, identify and implement “best value” solutions.

Our team has more than 400 personnel in the Chattanooga area, many of whom have worked with the City and Hamilton County Water & Wastewater Treatment Authority (WWTA) for decades.
